Promotion to Content Developer & Operations Administrator at Luci Creative

On my two year anniversary at Luci Creative, I was promoted to Content Developer and Operations Administrator. This promotion recognize the content and exhibit development work I bring to projects as well as the impact I have on the studio operationally. It has been entralling to tackle exciting and challenging stories and collaborate with the Luci team to create stellar visitor experiences. Whether writing label copy, brainstorming experiences, or coordinating schedules, I am so proud of the work I contribute. (11/1/2023)
In September 2022, I began pursuing my Masters in Strategic Communications at Columbia College Chicago. During my time at Columbia, I had the opportunity to learn about brand management, strategic planning, public relations, and digital media, amongst other topics, while studying under awarded industry professionals and producing professional work.(9/2022)

Project Coordinator - New Responsibilities at Luci Creative!

In May 2022, I officially became a Project Coordinator at Luci Creative, in addition to my responsibilities as Studio Coordinator. As Studio Coordinator, I relish being able to create an environment that helps our project teams to be creative and do incredible work. Now, I get to help our projects directly by supporting our teams and coordinating with clients and vendors. Even though I've only been at Luci for a little over 6 months, I feel like I've grown so much because of the incredible people there. I am so excited to continue to learn in this new role! The University of Chicago Scavenger Hunt (aka Scav!)

I became a Judge for the University of Chicago Scavenger Hunt, or Scav, in November of 2019. Since I became a Judge, we have only had virtual hunts until this May! It was so amazing to be in person to bring this event to so many people and celebrate this crazy tradition In my capacity as the Communications lead for Scav, I organized our media appearances, such as this article in the Chicago Tribune. This article does a great job at capturing the chaos of Scav. Plus, we made the front page of the May 13th print paper! (5/10/2022)

TEA NextGen

In December of 2021, I became a member of the Themed Entertainment Association's NextGen program! The program supports students and recent graduates who are interested in going into themed entertainment. I am so grateful for the opportunities and resources TEA has for NextGen members and I cannot wait to learn from the amazing community. (12/2021)

Luci Creative - Studio Coordinator

On November 1st, 2021, I started as the new Studio Coordinator at Luci Creative! Luci Creative is a design studio based in Chicago that creates themed and immersive experiences, such as museum exhibits or corporate spaces. As Studio Coordinator, I am tasked with a wide-variety of responsibilities, from facilities to project support. Being a part of this welcoming and supportive team has been nothing short of amazing! I am so excited to learn and grow with this incredible group of people. (11/1/2021)

Collider Movie & TV News

I began writing for Collider as a Freelance Movie & TV News writer. My first piece, about Stranger Things (pictured left), was trending for 5 days on the front page of Collider. I will be writing multiple stories a week, so you can click here to see all of my articles! (10/23/21)

The Dr. Seuss Experience

For the past few weeks, I have been working as an Entertainment Host at the Dr. Seuss Experience in downtown Chicago. Created by Kilburn Live, the Dr. Seuss Experience is an immersive exhibit that brings to life nine of Dr. Seuss' most beloved stories. On the right, I am pictured in the Lorax room where guests can swing amongst the Truffula Trees. As an Entertainment Host, I get the amazing opportunity to interact with guests and make their experience with us as magical as possible. Thank you to Kilburn Live for letting me be a small part of this amazing exhibit! (10/20/21)
